Filleting:
Using epoxy with fillers to form a smooth
rounded surface between the joint. |

I became concerned that the fillet would
not allow the transom to bend properly so I rigged this contraption while
the fillet cured. I don't know if it was really necessary. |

Taping:
Using 24 oz. biaxial tape I covered both
inside and outside of the joint. This was glued with epoxy and flared
to a smooth surface. |
