Cover the bottom with 6 oz fiberglass
cloth and cut to shape. |

Apply resin to glass and squeegee it down
removing any extra epoxy. The plastic cup and spoon are great mixing tools.
The spoon can be used to apply epoxy, and works well for filleting. |

After the epoxy cures, trim off the fiberglass
overhang with a utility knife. Apply enough coats to completely fill the
cloth so that the surface is smooth. |
